Tracey Merino

Project Manager, Development

Mr. Tracey Merino joined Journeyman Group in October of 2018. He brings 5 years of commercial real estate experience with him. Mr. Merino is a graduate of Texas State University where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Geography.

Mr. Merino’s career began with James-Myers Group at Marcus & Millichap, one of the leading commercial real estate brokerages nationally. During his time with Marcus& Millichap, he successfully sourced over 900 units in various tertiary markets in Texas. From there Mr. Merino went to work for Lidl U.S. a top international retailer in the world. Mr. Merino was responsible for their U.S. expansion efforts into Austin, San Antonio, and Northern Virginia.

 
As a Development Manager for Journeyman Group, Mr. Merino is responsible for project: planning, design, budgeting, delivery, and stabilization. His commitment to each project, ensures a quality product is delivered for all stakeholders.

Mr. Merino is currently managing 1,884 units in various stages of the development cycle.
