Pranav Kumar

VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Pranav Kumar joined Journeyman Group to support the feasibility, financing, operations, and development of the firm’s multifamily, senior living, and hospitality projects.

His key contributions to the team include conducting market and financial analysis, coordinating with lenders and equity partners, and supporting project execution and management from predevelopment through sale.

Prior to joining Journeyman, Pranav served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and later spent a summer with Related Companies, gaining experience in luxury multifamily development. He holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar, and a bachelor’s degree with honors from Vanderbilt University.
