After a construction completion in February 2023 and an impressive lease-up period, Bluebonnet Preserve was launched to market and successfully sold in September of 2023.

In partnership with the Housing Authority of the City of Austin, Bridge at Delco Flats helps provide affordable housing to Austin’s Northeast market. The 186-unit garden-style property is located along Springdale Road with easy access to both Highway 183 and Highway 290. The condensed site was challenging, with intricate topography to its dimensions and additional geotechnical complexities. Through the implementation of four-story buildings with elevators and a partially subgrade garage, we maximized the unit count while maintaining parking needs and amenities for the residents. The complex is fully gated and monitored with cameras, the amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, an Amazon package locker system, a community room, an outdoor pool with grills, EV charging stations, and an extensive dog park.
