Palo Alto is a 300 unit market-rate project. Construction began in August 2019 and is set to be complete by February 2021. We have moved residents into 8 buildings, with 112 units leased (37.33%) and 80 units occupied (26.67%). Over the past quarter, buildings 4-8 have been turned over to management as the lease-up continues. By first quarter of 2021, we anticipate completing and turning all remaining buildings over to management for lease-up. A unique feature of this project is a state-of-the-art, multi-sport golf simulator located in the clubhouse for resident use.
