Belterra Springs is a 152 unit class A multifamily property located just outside of Austin Texas within an established development called Belterra. Built in less than 16 months, the project features state of the art finishes such as granite counters, stainless appliances, security systems, pet yards and a full menu of resident amenities. The project utilizes a reclaimed water system for irrigation as well as Energy Star rated appliances. The two story wood framed buildings have 9ft ceilings throughout and the exterior is comprised of locally quarried stone masonry and stucco.

The project broke ground mid-summer 2014 and the project team successfully managed the difficulties of building on a highly sloped and heavily treed site within a high-end residential subdivision. The site access and environmentally sensitive surrounding further complicated this project. Journeyman Construction excelled at navigating these complex issues and managed to deliver the project on time and within budget.

JCI’s corporate Quality Control and Safety Management policies were implemented on this project. Both QC and Safety Audits were performed regularly to monitor and ensure a quality product and a safe work environment was achieved throughout the construction.
