Located in beautiful Southwest Austin, Texas, Legacy Oaks Assisted Living is a 86 unit, 122 bed residential community where seniors can find a place of joy, love, and compassion in a home-like environment that is encouraging to extended family as it is to the residents themselves. Legacy Oaks offers large, spacious floor plans with generous closets, individually controlled thermostats and granite counter tops. The living center features a commercial kitchen, dining room, theatre room, billiards room, physical therapy room, salon, covered outdoor porches, and beautiful courtyard.

Due to impervious cover requirements, Ecocrete was used for sidewalks to help meet these needs. Grass pave systems were used in order to provide proper fire department access into the premises. The project included a tight construction schedule, but the Journeyman team was able to provide a state of the art assisted living center for the Southwest Austin community.
